Renee is an artist at heart. First as a singer/songwriter (love of her life), then as a hair stylist and now as a fashion designer.

Born and raised in a french community (Ile Des Chenes, MB), Renee started her music career at a very young age singing in French and performing in small town communities throughout southern Manitoba. In 1997, she met her partner Keith Macpherson and after ten years together, two albums under their belt, multiple awards and nominations, a name change (aka: Easily Amused) and a Canadian Idol performance (Keith- 2006 finalist), Winnipeg Duo, Keith and Renee are set to release their 3rd CD titled, REVOLUTION (release date October 9, 2007). Keith and Renee have performed all across North America in cities including New York, LA, Toronto and Chicago. They have shared stages with the likes of Sean Lennon, Tegan and Sara and Burton Cummings.

Renee’s most recent accomplishment is the start of her own clothing line, Renee Leone. Something Old, Something New...Since her teens, Renee has had a thing for vintage clothing. Not too long ago, she came up with an idea of designing a halter shirt from a silk scarf after passing a woman on the street in Toronto. Mesmerized by the magnificent color and movement in a scarf, Renee went home and created a piece that has been described as beautiful, flowing and feminine. Several different versions of her scarf shirt soon followed. Little did Renee know her idea was going to sore!! After a few months and a little promotion, hundreds of shirts were sold and displayed in 8 stores across western Canada. 'What I love about my shirts is that not only is every one of them unique and one of a kind but also friendly on the environment.'

The clothing line has already been mentioned in New York City’s, Time Out Magazine and her line is endorsed by international recording artist, Chantal Kreviazuk. Renee is a real believer is making dreams come true. She has a never-give up attitude and has become an extremely great role model for young women across Canada.
